Himalayan Experience Travel is an Australian-owned wholesale and retail travel company based in Adelaide, South Australia. Since our establishment in 2010, we have been dedicated to creating unforgettable travel experiences for individuals, families, groups, corporate clients, and special interest travellers.

Himalayan Experience Travel was founded by Dipak Dhamala, an Australian travel professional with more than three decades of experience in the international tourism industry.

Before establishing Himalayan Experience Travel in Australia, Mr. Dhamala owned and operated a successful travel and trekking company in Nepal from 1988. His extensive knowledge of tourism, combined with practical experience gained across multiple countries, provides our clients with confidence that every journey is carefully planned and professionally managed.

Having personally travelled to more than 40 countries, Mr. Dhamala believes that the best itineraries are created through first-hand experience—not simply from brochures or online information. Many of the destinations and experiences we recommend have been personally explored, inspected and evaluated to ensure they deliver exceptional value and memorable experiences.
